Medical Modeling will work with your office in ordering a model for an upcoming case. Please follow the instructions below to begin the ordering process.

Ordering Instructions:

1. Contact the Demonstrative Evidence Division of Medical Modeling and alert us to your new case. 1-888-273-5344.

2. Our staff will work with you to decide which type of model will best serve your particular case.

3. Forward all reference materials (CT & MRI d ata, X-Ray films, Medical Reports and Photographs) to Medical Modeling.

4. The model will be produced and shipped to your office, typically within 1-3 weeks depending on the case.
